Underage drinking is a leading public health problem in the United States. Alcohol is the drug of choice among youth. Many young people are experiencing the deadly consequences of drinking too much at an early age. For this assignment you and your partner are to create a flyer on alcohol related deaths among teenagers. Your goal is to persuade teenagers not to drink and to inform them of the dangers of underage drinking.

Assignment:

For this assignment you and your partner are to research underage drinking and driving. You are to gather data and create an underage drinking flyer.

The flyer must contain the following:

1.       A slogan advertising not to drink and drive. (15 points)

2.       Five statistics on teenage drinking. (10 points)

3.       At least two images that represent the concept of the flyer. (10 points)

4.        Include three alternative activities to drinking. (30 points)

5.       Include a telephone number that teenagers can call if they any questions. (5 points)

6.       Grammar: Minimal spelling errors, capitalization errors, fragments or run-on sentences. (20 points)

7.       Creativity (10 points)

The poster is creatively depicted, includes images, and all of the information listed above.
